Warranty Policy – NAIDU Watches

At NAIDU Watches, we are committed to delivering quality products and reliable after-sales support. All watches are manufactured by Temix India Private Limited and are covered under a limited warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

NAIDU Watches come with a 6 Months Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in the watch movement (quartz mechanism)
  • Defects in internal components affecting timekeeping
  • Faults in dial, hands, or crown due to manufacturing issues

2. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, plating loss)
  • Damage to glass, strap, or bracelet
  • Battery depletion (consumable item)
  • Water damage due to improper use
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or opening of the watch

(These exclusions are standard in watch industry warranty policies.)

3. Warranty Conditions

  • Valid only with original invoice/bill
  • Applicable only for purchases made through authorized sellers or official channels
  • Warranty is valid within India only
  • Product must be used under normal conditions

4. Repair / Replacement Policy

  • Defective products will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the company
  • If the same model is unavailable, a similar product of equal value may be provided
  • Warranty does not guarantee refund

5. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact customer support with order details
  2. Share issue details along with product images/video
  3. Ship the product to the provided service address (if required)
  4. After inspection, repair/replacement will be processed

6. Important Notes

  • Do not attempt to open or repair the watch yourself, as it will void the warranty
  • Always keep your invoice safe for future reference
  • Use the watch as per care instructions to avoid damage
