At NAIDU Watches, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • A valid invoice/bill is required
  • An unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor scratches or wear after use
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging or invoice

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within the return window
  2. Share order details along with photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request
  4. Ship the product to the provided return address (if required)

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval
  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

6. Replacement Policy

  • In case of defective or wrong products, a replacement may be provided
  • If the same product is unavailable, a similar product of equal value may be offered

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
