- Once your order is processed, it is dispatched from our warehouse in Palwal, Haryana.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on selected/prepaid orders (if applicable)
- Standard Shipping Charges: ₹50 – ₹100 (calculated at checkout)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹50 – ₹100 (if available)

All NAIDU watches are packed securely using protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.

- We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
